Get Set for Spring Cleanup

The 2026 Skiles Test Nature Park clean-up will be held Saturday, April 25, from 9 to 11:30 a.m. at the 6800 Fall Creek Road entrance. Come join your neighbors, park enthusiasts, BRAG and the Friends of Skiles Test Nature Park and help us preserve this unique urban nature reserve. All you need is a pair of gloves and a passion for the park.

This year, we will be beautifying the Fall Creek Road entrance and the five alcoves along the paved trail; raking, weeding and cutting back overgrowth; pulling garlic mustard; picking up litter; blowing leaves out of the culverts; and continuing to rid the park of its old farm fencing and t-posts.

Doing good feels good. Give your spirits a lift by helping us turn this once forgotten nature park into a high-quality natural area known for its diverse habitat, well-maintained physical appearance and welcoming, safe environment.
